How to Setup Cortana for Business?

I have been trying to find a tutorial that talks about how to setup Cortana for a business and have not been very successful. The things that I am curious about the most is can you get Cortana to work with domain accounts or do they have to connect Cortana to a Windows Account? We have a local domain and use Office 365. Can we use the Office 365 account as the Windows Account so users don't have to link it to their own personal Microsoft account?

I understand there are also group policy settings that need to be set in order to allow Cortana as well.

I believe you can in what's called a workplace account.
