How do I show tileart or start screen art in template for the #tileart app competition?

In #tileart app competition, in the first round a template is being provided for artists or users who are willing to join the competition. They said to show our tileart or start screen art in that template. And am unable to do that. How to do that? Help me everyone here. Or anybody knows do reply. Thanks
