Hello there, I have a Lumia520 device. n I recently updated my phone to WP8.1 (Cyan) update. But I'm not able to use Cortana app. Can anyone please suggest me to how to start Cortana in 520. Im from India. must reply..

If you only have Windows 8.1 you need to set your region to the United States of America, you must also set the speech to USA English. However switching regions will mean you lose all Indian exclusive apps from the store if you didn't download them.
