Groove is a Microsoft service, so you would have a log in with your Microsoft Account. You may have signed up for a Groove Pass trial membership, if you're not currently a subscriber. Check out Microsoft's Account Services page at https://account.microsoft.com/services and see if you have a pending subscription. There, you can renew if you wish, or cancel renewal.
