When I go online from my computer and add a something to my calendar it shows up on my phones calendar. But when I add something to phones calendar it does not show up in my out look calendar on my computer. How can I fix this
Something is going on with the sync on Windows Phone/Mobile. The only workaround for now is to create a event on your phone for today, open outlook email on your phone and hit the sync button. That is something that I do sometimes to force it to work,
Have you checked this?: Open outlook calendar > click the 3 dots on the bottom right > Settings > Manage accounts > choose account > click on the synchronize option. Here you can set frequency of sync and other related options.

Also make sure you are not in battery saver mode or add an exception for outlook in the battery saver mode settings.
