How to sync notifications between windows 10 mobile and desktop

Hi

Im using Windows 10 mobile Latest preview on my Microsoft 640XL and have wondering how do i get to see my phone notifications on my laptop running the latest release of Windows 10.

I'm not using Contana is that the reason or has the function not been turned on yet by Microsoft?
