How do I sync Office 365 contacts & calendar on PC with Lumia 550?

how do I sync Office 365 contacts & calendar on PC with Lumia 550

I have Office 365 home on my network. I have just bought a Lumia 550 phone. I can access Excel, Word and Outlook Mail on the phone, but Contacts & Calendar are empty (on the phone). Is there a way to do it?

When you added your O365 Exchange account, it should have populated your Calendar and Contacts. Go into the Sync settings and ensure they are checked to sync.

Does that require that I use Outlook with Exchange? Because I don't.

If you are using O365, you are using Exchange.
