Transferring contacts from SD card to Phone

Hi All, As i moved from android to windows, i am trying to move my contacts which are in vcf format to my lumia 540 account. How can i do it?

Move contacts to sim memory... Put SIM card in Lumia.. Copy sim contacts to phone.
