How do I turn off the narrator on my Nokia 530?

narrator on my nokia 530 will not turn off

I've done the hold volume up button while holding power on button thing a number of times but the narrator will not go away

Settings > ease of access > Narrator. Toggle the switch between on and off.

Then do the soft reset...
