How do I turn on the infrared led on my Lumia 730?

how to on infarared led on lumia 730??

i have lumia 730 n it's infarared led does not blink and i wnat to know how it is on

Welcome to Windows Central.

The only infra-red* light-emitting "part" of the Lumia 730 is the proximity sensor. Hence, this will be activated when apps or phone services that require proximity information are active, such as when calling or when running a diagnostics test on the phone sensors.

You may need to create a Windows Central account to respond to this thread.

*- The diode also generates near-infra-red light, that's the reason why it's visible to most human eyes. Human eyes are not capable of seeing full infra-red range wavelengths.
