on my nokia 635 the parental control is on and i cant download an app how there is a way to turn it off but how ?

Not sure what you're referencing.

If you're in kid's corner, you'll need a password.
If you've registered & you're underage (per your MS account) - you'd need to re-register with a NEW account & verify your age.

No, this is likely an automatic thing.

You probably have to create a fake MS account and have it call you your child in My Family, at windowsphone.com.

you may just get away though with changing your MS account's birthday.
