How do I turn the audio description off?

I've a Lumia 930. The audio description came on by itself & now I can't scroll down or get into settings etc.

Guess you are still on WP8.1?

If so Settings>East of Access and turn Narrator and Narrator Quick Launch off

i cant because i dont know how to use the phone in this mode.if i want to go into messeges for example, i have to press the unlock button and tap the screen(then the voice says i have to double tap to unlock. then i press the messeges icon and the voice says to double tap to select or triple tap to select.i think it is called audio description or blind aid or something. it will only let me select whats on my home screen, i cant even swipe left or scroll down. please please help me cause im stuck
