How do I unlocked my GSM phone with an indicator light?

i need an unlocked gsm phone with an indicator light

I need a visual notification when i miss a text or a phone call.

Windows Phone does not have support for a notification LED. (some phones have it, but it does little more than indicate charge)

The alternatives we have are Glance for some Lumia's and the Dot View Case for the HTC One M8.
