How do I unstuck a picture on my ondrive recent photos album cover?

Picture stuck in my ondrive "recent photos" album cover

So, i have a lumia 520 with WP 8.1, and my problem is that i have a picture stuck in the ondrive "recent photos" album/folder cover. The picture was taken with my phone by my gf as a joke and after some giggling i decided to remove it since it was rather inappropriate. The thing is that it got stuck. I deleted it from my phone and from onedrive, checked both in my phone and in my pc and the cover wont change. I took more pictures, manually uploaded a bunch but nothing seems to work, the cover wont update. I read somewhere that i should log out from onedrive, but that seems impossible to do in my phone. I'm not stressed by someone seeing that picture, but i still would like it to work as intended.
Any recommendations?

Try adding a photo to your favorites on your phone and OneDrive. It seems to me that favorited photos are always on my album cover

Yeah I also have some old pictures that show up on the cover of the recent photos. I think deleting temp files worked. Haven't tested recently though. Might be worth a try
