How do I update to windows 8.1 on Ativ S GT 18750

I still have windows 8.0 and I know that there is a 8.1 version availble for my phone.
But when I search for updates my phone says that he is already up to date
(wich he is not).

Can I fix this and still update my windows to 8.1 and how do I doe this?
