How Do Users Change Their Birthday?

I had a user ask me today how to change their birthday on the forum away from the default.

I have to admit that I searched around the settings and can't see any way of setting my birthday in my profile.

What's the magic password for this?

It's asked for when you sign up for passport... After that, you can only toggle it to display off or on.

Whose Birthday legitimately changes?

An Admin would probably be able to edit it.
