How do we contact MS for carrier distribution suggestion?

A lot of us are super excited to get our hands on a 950/950XL but all of the rumors today point to AT&T being the only ones working to provide them. The device clearly works on T-Mobile and other smaller providers. How do we encourage MS to create a payment plan and WP8 exchange program at their stores to enable better adoption? With as much passion as there is in this community, I wonder how we get good suggestions heard before it is too late.

Anyone know a way? And does anyone with WC want to help crowd source this movement? Consumers can help when given the change.
