I think WP10 stops app background processes (and therefore tile updates) if the app hasn't been opened in a few days (weeks?). Does anyone recall the exact rule, and is it possible to see a list of apps that have stopped updating?
And related: I think there was a limit on the maximum number of apps running in the background. Does anyone recall the exact limit, and can we see which apps don't run in the background because of this limit?
