How do you create a app for W10M

Does anyone know how to create an app using windows app studio for phones. I am trying to create one with the pivot style but don't know how to. I am trying to use a url so that the app pulls the info. Is this possible? I have been able to make one with the web host but that only creates web wrap apps. If anyone has knowledge on how to make a pivot style app using windows app studio please post it here I would appreciate it.

I appreciate the response and knowledge posted on here. I'm not either but I was just trying to see if it was possible making an app in the windows app studio without the coding since they have an option to pick the pivot style. So I'm trying to see if anyone is familiar with this system/ making apps with it.
