how do you pair your shine to your Personal computer?

the misfit shine, I want to pair it to my PC so that I can use it but I don't understand how to?

Looks like you'll need a Bluetooth enabled PC.
Do you have this function available on the PC you want to connect to?

It looks like you need to have Bluetooth 4.0 BLE on your PC. If you don't have Bluetooth (or have an older Bluetooth adapter), do a search for "Bluetooth USB Dongle"... looks like there are several available for under $10 to $15.
