How do you rename a single tile in the WIN 10 start menu

When I pin a website or url to the start menu, would like to give it a name for ease of identifying

I use the 'Pin More' app, allows you to give our own name and tile to a pinned website in the start screen.

Or you can create a shortcut with desired name then go to

"<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs"

Paste the shortcut created.
