What OS version are you referring to?
In Windows 7, you can uninstall it using the generic method of uninstalling any program: Control Panel > Programs and Features > look for the software in the list then uninstall.
In Windows 10, simply type "OneDrive" in the start menu, then once "Microsoft OneDrive (desktop app)" appears in the menu, right click on it and then click on "Uninstall".
You may create a Windows Central account to respond in this thread.
