How does this work with Bluetooth headphones?

This connects via Bluetooth, so is there no phone connection if I'm listening to music on my BT headphones?

No you can have multiple Bluetooth devices connected at once to your phone. I am listening to music now on my BT headphones as I am wearing it, and it works fine.
