How good is Find My Phone for WP?

I mean, you can't exactly expect it to know the EXACT location of your phone, but I have found that it works a lot better than Find My iPhone. I only wish they would make an app for it, so I didn't have to go to the browser.

That is what Erase My Phone does; kills all the data on your phone. However...it only Kills it enough that it is allowed to be reincarnated (unlike the iPhone that makes the phone worthless).

*I've never tried Erase My Phone, but I am assuming it does not forever lock the phone...can anyone confirm?*

I'm pretty sure I read that WP unlocks with a factory reset.

That is exactly what I was thinking too. I've never tried though. The only time it would have been handy (my sister had her 920 taken/lost on a night out); she hadn't set up Find My Phone so I couldn't remote lock it / erase it...and it was never found again.

It was locked with a pin though...

The pin gets erased with the factory reset. Anyone who stole/found the phone can just go on the internet to find the button combination to factory reset it. One day I'll have to lock my phone remotely just to see how it works.

Find my phone is as accurate as location in maps. And that's very good!
If your phone is at home on your desk, of course you don't have the best gps signal...think
