How is Cortana going to stand out from Siri or Google Now

I want to know what STANDS out from the other two competitors. What features other than it being "cortana" the halo character, does it have other than the two PA's.

Cortana has notebook in which she will keep all your personal information like name of your wife , your fav interests and by all this she will show news , suggestions. She can also remind you when making a call , quiet hour. She is in beta so I expect more from her in future .And lastly it is all powered by Bing :smile:
