How is the 820 support?

Im on the fence about the 820 and the 920. I really dont like the size of the 920 but it seems to getting most of the support from Nokia. Before I decide, how have the updates been for the 820 in the US region? Not sure if they're just not getting publicized or if there haven't been any. Thanks in advance.

820 owner here.

It is simply the marketing which is dull. Support is, as always, excellent for 820 in every other way.

I chose 820 over 920 because
- removable batteries
- removable back panels
- SD card support.

Be wary of the low 8 GB phone memory. Other than that 820 is actually a better phone than a 920

I have a AT&T 820 and I would say support has been very good. Nokia's small tweak updates come very quick. The first major update from MS/Nokia/AT&T came quickly, while we are still waiting for the latest 1309 update. Still better than Android updates! lol
