How is the Cortana accuracy

I love asking Cortana different questions.

How did you guys find her accuracy in detecting what you really asked her?

Really good?
Really bad?

Moderate. My North-English accent seems to fool her now and then (it IS set to US though, so it's understandable) - but she understands the majority of what I say - I speak clearly when using Cortana.

Its not amazing sometimes I have to go three times repeating the same thing but sometimes it gets it.
