How long to format 128GB MicroSD card?

Does anybody know how long it takes to format a 128GB SanDisk micro SD card on a Windows 10 PC ?
I tried to format mine (not quick format, exFAT) and after more than 24 hours, it is still going ?

Takes my desktop on W10 60 to 90 minutes for a full reformat to exFAT.

I do a 256GB SD card in about 5 mins.... I have Surface Book doing it. It's pretty quick and the card seems to do very well as a backup for files I occasionally use. Very cheap space to buy.
