Its better to call the nokia customer care and ask. They will give you a clear picture
If it helps you I replaced my 520's screen (only the touch panel and not the lcd ) for 2900 INR ( ~$47).

Better to buy a new phone. Lumia 530 is cheap: the cost of repairing will likely exceed the price.

Go buy a Lumia 630

You would most likely exceed the price of the phone if you go to get it repaired at Nokia Care. I remember replacing my Lumia 620 screen for ~ ₹5000, and recently, my 640XL screen for ~ ₹6000.

I think it better to ask at a good local store for such a repair and... you know, do some bargaining.

Else, there are more options for you buying a new phone for just about a thousand or a couple of thousand added bucks. The 530/430/435 are all available for almost the price of the repair at a Nokia store, mostly.
