How much memory is needed for mobile upgrade

I am thinking of buying the 640 but it only has 8GB memory and 1GB Ram. Is this enough to perform properly after the new windows 10 upgrade?

Yup it is, although a SD card would be handy...

I highly recommend an SD card to allow for ample internal storage space.
