How much RAM does focus have

I am planning to buy Samsung Focus i917. Most reviews say it has 512mb of RAM, although this is not stated on the AT&T page. I just saw a Tango screenshot on a RUssian site which says the RAM is actually 256mb. What's the truth, and how can one check on Mango?

Not specified on, or in anything in the box, nor in the user manual. I can tell you that I've never run into anything that resembles a ceiling -at least not knowingly.

No current WP devices have less than 512mb of RAM. AFAIK only the HD7 has more, with 768mb.

512MB Ram per GSM Arena (and great app called Phone Finder). Btw, the HD7, HD7S are listed as 576MB, not 768.

Exactly. If the Focus only had 256, Microsoft wouldn't be releasing Tango which is starting to support devices with only 256 mb of ram.

The Focus has 512 - most first gen WP phones had 512.
