How much should I sell Lumia 800 for?

I put on CL my lumia 800 for $40 CDN which comes with factory case and device(good condition) but not cables,manual or box. I already gotten tons of interest and one guy asking why it is so cheap? Am I selling it too cheap? It is end of the day windows 7.8 phone.

I thought I might be selling it too high lol.
