Good question. Given that its on 520's as well as other phones it can't be that much. We cant really be too specific until the developer preview is released, though.

Best thing to do is uninstall all games, backup and delete all media files before you update.
Also while we wait for the update, download .xap of games/apps from store now. So we can install them after deleting them for update without re downloading them.
