How much space should you have to install the preview?

I have a 16gig AT&T Nokia Lumia 1520 that I have unlocked for the developers preview and was wondering what a good guess of free space required would be? I have 2.8 gigs available 8 gigs of apps all my video and pics are on the SD card I'm just trying to figure which apps I am going to have to uninstall

on an unrelated note since the developer preview is not an AT&T image would Data Sense be present on the developer preview?

I can't see the update being more than a gb, but with nearly three you should be fine.
