How much time for 0 to 100% full charge of your lumia 1520? and from which charger you use? I mean how much ampear output?

my 1520 takes 3+ hrs by sony charger 2.1A output for full charge. is it ok or bad?

That's OK...

It seems a bit fast for a wall charger and 2.1 is more appropriate for a tablet, but your battery has a pretty smart chip in it to protect it.

I would not worry about it unless your phone gets really hot during charge and you are not using it.
