You could use an sd card of course. The processor should be enough for all of the normal apps and some light gaming. It should be really cheap though.

Rumour seems to suggest it comes with a dual-lens camera, and odds are it will then use the Snapdragon 805, which is right now being especially designed to handle dual-lens cameras. Odds are also it would come with 3 GB of RAM to have 1 GB of it dedicated to the camera, just like the 1020.
