How to add Google with two step verification to Windows 10 Mobile?

Hi guys,
is it just me or everybody have this problem with two-step verification of Google Apps account?
I already have two personal Google accounts (one standard and one Google Apps) added to my phone, which works flawlessly. But both of them don't have two-step verification enabled.
When I try to add my company account, everything I get is ?Setting of your account is obsolete? (maybe text notification is little different, because I don't have phone localized to english).
The weird part is that calendar synchronization works normally, but just cannot access e-mail.

I already tried generating device password, but nothing helps. Is there any way how to get it working?

Try adding your company account thru the Other Account (POP, IMAP) option.

At first sight it looks like it will work. Synchronization takes a while, but after few minutes the result is same.
