Export them from iCloud and import to a live account.

You can only add iCloud email as an IMAP account right now. Contacts and calendars are not supported and won't be until WP supports iCal/iCard. Until then, your only option is to do as ryan.kruger says and export the data into a Microsoft account and use that.

There is an app on the store to import iCloud contacts to a windows phone 8 device in a few taps. It only supports contacts.
