How to add interest in Cortana (alpha version_INDIA)

Hello friends! I'm using L640XL (wp8.1 denim). Today I just noticed in my phone's Cortana (alpha version_INDIA) that now many more interest are shown in Cortana's Notebook (for eg.; daily routine, entertainment, food, finance, music, etc). I tried to add the following activities in my interest but the things are going wrong, not even a single activity is been added to Cortana Interest. Can anyone suggest me what to do? Thank you in advance.

I'm sure Microsoft is tweaking things in the background. Sit tight.
