how to block individual user form using my wifi when hotspot is switched on through netsh commands..

suppose the wireless network is created using netsh commands and hotspot is created... now if i want to block a particular user... how can i do it? now the internet is using many persons through konwing my password... suppose if i want to block a particular person without telling him ,,, hows it possible to do that???
