So my account is counted to my e-mail account. But my e-mail has a different password than my computer. But when I go to change my computer password, it keeps trying to have me change my e-mail, not my computers.

I'm not sure I understand what's going on here. If you're windows 10 pc is connected to your account then the password to log into your pc should be the same as the password you use to log into your inbox.
The settings to change passwords are found under settings > accounts > sign-in options
