How to change the Microsoft Account on new Lumia 435 as defaults to another account, even after rebo

I got both my parents a Microsoft Lumia 435 for Xmas. They are seperated but spent Xmas with the family at my mothers house. My father set-up and activated his Microsoft account and phone. Today when my mother started her phone it has automatically defaulted to my fathers Microsoft account. I have tried rebooting but still no joy. Still defaults to his account. How do I change this?

You need to RESET your mom's phone and while it is doing that create a Microsoft account for your mom on a PC or a tablet. Then sign in on the RESET device using your mom's new Microsoft account. Cheers.
