How to change the shortcut arrow icon in Windows 10

Kind of a curious little tweak, but one I'd like to know how to do. Anyone know how to change the default shortcut arrow icon in Windows 10? I'd like to do it system wide, and I'm sure it can be done!!

Lol it was kind of 'old'. Only remember it, because I thought I'd do it as a weekend-project, but never got around to it ha!
