How to compress all my music files into a single playlist in xbox music ?

After downloading a hell lot of music audios, I find that all these files are saved on the basis of the dates in which I downloaded them.I just want to compress them into single file and then delete the sub files that have been automatically created.Pls tell me how to do so.

I don't think you want to combine all music files into one. That is the purpose of a playlist. You'd have audio level issues and the inability to jump straight to a track etc.

I would file the files into a nice structure by Artist or something and then use Playlists to group for playback together.
