How to configure new APN

Now i have the ability to set up an APN thanks to my phone updating i have noticed there are far less options than on android can anybody tell me how to set this apn up half of the settings are not on windows phone

You can create new APNs on the Access Point app in Settings, what carrier APN are you looking for?
