How to connect to hopspot using bluetooth on Lumia 640 Windows 10 Mobile

All my Android phones and iPads can connect to my mobile hotspot (via my iPhone) using bluetooth. But my Lumia 640 can't connect to the same iPhone to use its internet with bluetooth. (However, it CAN if I use Wifi with the iPhone).

While the Lumia 640 can connect to the iPhone using bluetooth, the iPhone says "this device isn't supported" and goes back to "disconnected" status. Hence, no internet.

Is this a software or hardware limitation? Am I missing a setting in Win 10 mobile? Is there an app that can make this work?

It's the IPhone that isn't playing well with any device but an IPhone, W10M is simple when it comes to hotspot...
