I'm seriously not kidding, I even posted videos on how anyone who is good with computers can set this up in their home. I even have it controlling KODI/XBMC (with my free KODI module I posted on my YouTube channel).

I can ask Cortana to control almost everything in my home, and Cortana responds with what command was completed (in plain English); you can too and you don't have to be a programmer to set up everything.

For Cortana to control things, it is required that home automation software be installed on a Windows PC, but the "Motorola Premise Home Control" software is free as Motorola discontinued support (user supported forum exists though with hundreds of new modules/drivers that add tons of supported features to Premise).

Since the main forum post with links to my App and my YouTube channel is technically self promoting, I stuck all links under my post in the "App Spotlight" section of Windows Central. All links including videos are there. Feel free to ask questions here or under the App Spotlight section. If/when Windows 10 comes to the Xbox One, this would make for an awesome setup.

I just wanted to post it here too since there are so few Cortana apps right now for folks to play with.

Whoa serious? That sounds awesome! Also, that way, when Cortana decides that you're endangering the mission, she can lock you in and prevent you from leaving. EVER.
