How to control number of simultaneous downloads/updates windows store ?

How to go back to just downloading/updating one app at a time. For me, with limited bandwidth, it is a pain to get apps downloaded/updated. What was wrong with one at a time download/update back from the 8/8.1 days ?

If someone knows about a registry edit or a group policy for this, please do share.

My reply is for Windows 10 PC, no for Mobile.

Not exactly what you are asking

Store updates/downloads apps 3 at a time. The queue system is like that.
In 8/8.1 the queue was like 1 at a time. Apps got updated/downloaded faster. Bandwidth was not congested.
