How to create contacts in desktop viber?

Hi, I don't have smartphone or other mobile device. I managed to install it via bluestack, but it was slow and frustrating action and I don't won't to do it again... So my question is there another way to make an contact list manually for desktop viber. Is it possible to create all the directories and .db file or whatever format is the contact list in desktop viber. Please I am open for any suggestions ...
