find the "touch" menu somewhere in that list, it should be in there. (assuming you have a Lumia)

Yep... Settings > touch is the spot...

BTW if you go to Settings > ringtones + sounds and toggle Vibration to "Off" in that spot, the nav bar key vibration is very minimal so you get subtle feedback without it being a huge jarring vibration.... That's how I set mine On in Touch but Off for ringtones + sounds.

I like to know I hit the nav key and it is the ONLY time I'll let my phone vibrate at me. Otherwise I can't stand it.

Although Touch maybe not available, I was looking for it on my 630 and it's not there! It is in the 930, so maybe its soc dependant?

Upgraded my Lumia 720 from Win 8.1 to Win 10.
The navigation bar vibrates on touch, not able to disable it.

I can get to the touch settings under Extras, but the navigations keys setting is not there to turn off.
